can it be used as a media streamer?

    Hahahahha XDXDXDXD

Yes, it is a first step for getting android working on TVs, or better say to get a miniPC you can plug into any TV and use as media Streamer or connected to ant HDD.

However, reviews say the result is not as good as expected. Still very cheap, but don’t buy it hoping to get an incredible i7 on your TV. Probably you’ll get the fluency of a HTC Tattoo or the like, and don’t really hope to see MKV 1080p or 3D movies with it.
